taken upon bath this 26th. day of February 1708

This Informt. deposth That abt. a month before Xmas last was twelve month he this
Informt bought a Room Golding at plymouth of one John Berry< no role > of Cornwood in the said
County of Deven for Five pounds and Eight Shillings and that tha said Golding was
this day owned by Ralph Taylor< no role > of Acton in the County of Middsx to be his proper
goods and said to be Stolne Pom him abt Michel last was twelve month

in Acton afore said And that this day he saw the said gelding in the possion of
the above named Ricd Marks< no role > who (as this Informt believes) bought the said Golding
of the above named John Berry< no role > And this Informt thereupon chargels the said
John Berry< no role > wth the said Felony
