Sheweth

That in the month of [..] November 1706 your Peticoners was put forth
Apprentice by Indenture for the terme of Seven Years to Thomas Vincent< no role > of
the Parish of Harrow on the Hill in the Said County Baker to learn his Art

That your petr Said Master hath often times gave him Imoderate
correction & refuseth to teach him his Trade but Sends him out
often to drive plow & cart for wch: complaint hath been made to
the Right Worll: Sd Thomas Franklin< no role > Bart one of Her Matice: Justices
of the Peace for the Said County who upon hearing of the matters
bound your Petr said Master to appear in this Court to answer yor

Your Peticonr: humbly Prayes (the prmises considered) that
this Court will be pleased to Order his Master to attend this
Court Some day this Sessions to Shew cause why he Should not be
discharged of His Indenture of Apprenticehood & placed wth
Some other [..] person useing the Same Trade to Serve the residue
of the said Term
