This Informant maketh Oath yt on or about ye 1st of May last he
missd a little gray Nag value fifty shilling which he had put about
three dayes before into a place called Staines Moor yt he made
Inquiry after ye Nag but could hear nothing of him till ye
seaventeenth day of May when he saw his horse going
through staines with one Grace King on his back who told
him this Informant yt she hired him of one Marc Beedle< no role >
of Walton Meall man she this Informant further Saies
yt ye horse he then saw under ye sd Grace King was ye same
which he had missd about ye 1st of May and was his own horse
And yt he does believe ye same stoln and further
saies not
