The Examination of Manasses Bancks< no role > of oxbridge in the
County aforesaid distaller taken by Harvey court one of
his Maties Justices of peace for the said County on the 16th
day of March 1697/8 upon oath,

This Examinant deposeth and saith, that about three or
four of the clock in the night next foregoing she day of [..]
month and year forementioned he did take and appre [..]
in Hullingdon Churchyard in the said County the same
woman that before mr ownd her name to be Mary Day< no role > ,
whose Examination is here unto annext and found a [..]

The Examination of John Miller< no role > of Oxbridge in the said
County hather taken by Giddon harvey< no role > one of his Maties
Justices of Peace for the County aforesaid on the 16th day
of March 1697/8 upon oath

This Examination deposets and saith that in the night
next foregoing the day and year above written his
house was broake open P and had thence stoln from
him there dowlas shirts two linnen nocks, and
three linnen nock cloaths.
