that S: R. is to have be or more Acres of Saml in the Lordspp of Kelston and at the
rate of 38 Paced constant Rent & 5s an Acre to be pd as a find for the liberty
of plowing or converting it to what use he Shall thinks fitt to hold the Same for.

That If It is to Axemord ale the Sd R: L: at Lady day 1698 wth 80 Acres more or less
of the like land in the Same Lordspp at the like rate if S R Shall thinks fitt to real
the Same and not otherwise to be oblidged & Soe Successively every yeare Mr H It is
to Accomodat [..] S R with new land at the Same price with what numbers
of Accers he Shall desire not exceeding Wed. Acres of new Ground in one yeare
untill the whole Lordspp aforesd or as much as S R Shall approved of

And that the Sd S R Shall have the use of the houses great Barne & Stables

That the Sd S R Shall have for payed of the rent & fine aforesd of the
Pwells of land he Shall take for a yrs certaine as afordsd Shall have liberty
