of Christopher Foster< no role > inhabitant
of Highgate in ye Parish of St Pancras .

Sheweth.

That wereas your Petitioner being an Infirme
man. retired from the City of London to live
in Highgate . The Parishiners of St Pancras
hune chose him Constable for this present yeare
Which office, by Reason of his indisposition he
is not capable of serving. There being another
Nominated wth him more fist.

humbly desires this Court that he
may be discharged from becoming
the office of Constable
and as in duty bound
that ever pray etc
