This Informt. Smith upon his Oath that upon Sunday night
Last the 28th day of December Instant he was violently Sett
Upon in the [..] by four or five psons, in shocks gardens in the pcith
of St Gyles in the fields , and had felloniously Taken from
him a Steel handled Sword to the ballne of Sixteen Shillings
and this Informt. further Saith upon his Oath that one David

Violently Sett Upon him as abovesd & took from him the abovesd
Sword and further at psent Saith not Etc:

This Informant Saieth Upon his Oath that he came by ye
house of Francis Parr< no role > Lineing in Middle Row in Holborne about
tenn of ye Clocke in ye Evening, and Heard Thomas Pegg< no role > &
John Thare< no role > say that if they Could gett into ye house of ye sd
Francis Parr< no role > they would make an example of them 10th in ye sd-
house they haveing there swords drawne; & swore they would
breake open the doores of ye house of ye aforesd Fracis Parr ix
further saieth not
