Who Saith that on ye Same day he saw Robert Newberry< no role >
aforesaid. after the wounds were Given their said Edwards
Gilman< no role > , and endeavoured to catch the knife out of his
hand and the said Newberry Seeing that dropt it into
the river where he was a fishing. & further Saith not

Who Saith, that hee being along with his Said Master &
