Spaffields Clerkenwell Surveyor were this day pursuant to an Act
of Parliament passed in the present year of his present Majesty's
reign intitled "An Act for the further and better regulation of
"Buildings and party Walls; and ford more effectually preventing
"mischiefs by Fire within the Cities of London and Westminster and
"Liberties thereof and other the parishes precincts and places,
"within the weekly Bills of Mortality, the parishes of Saint Maryle
"bon, Paddington Saint Pancras and Saint Luke at Chelsea in
"the County of Middlsex; and for indemnifying under certain
"conditions Builders and other persons against the penalties to
"which they are or may be liable for erecting Buildings within
"theLibertylimits aforesaid contrary to Law nominated and appointed
by the Court Surveyors or Supervisors to see the Rules and
Regulations contained in the said Act well and truly obsorved
in and throughout those parts of the County of Middlesex within
the Jurisdiction of this Court as lie within the Bills of Mortality
And the Court having divided such part of the said County of
Middlesex as is mentioned in the said Act into the respective
Districts hereafternamed and the said Surveyors or Supervisors
having been severally nominated and appointed to the said
Districts as follows. vizt.
