Resolved that William Mainwaring< no role > Esqr The Reverend
Sir George Booth< no role > Baronet Jeremiah Bentham< no role > Thomas Tryon Cotton
Edmund Pepys. and Thomas Parker< no role > Esquires Justices of the peace
for this County and any other of His Majestys Justices of the peace
for this County who may please to attend or any three of them be
such Committee that the said committee do meet at this place
Thursday next the 12th. day of December Instant at the house of
twelve at noon.

It appearing to this Court that since the last Session
several Prisoners to the number of 31 lately effected their escape
out of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell

It is Ordered that it be and it is hereby referred to the
Committee appointed to enquire into the Conduct of Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591.
to enquire into the circumstances of the said Escape and to Report
their opinion thereof.

By adjournment same day.

Mr. Chairman furtherReported that in conformity to
the order of Court made on July Session last in respect to the
permission of any public Meetings to be holden in the Session house
of this County without leave of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
assembled in open Session or of the Chairman between the Sessions [..]
then only till the next Sessions after such Application and leave
given by him, Application had been made to him by the Worshipped
his Majestys Justices and Commissioners of Servers for Holborns
and Finsbury Divisions within this County as also by the
Commissioners for putting in execution the several Acts of B [..]
for granting an did to His Majesty by a Land Tax acting in and
for Finsbury Division within the said County for leave to sit
which he pursuant to the said Order had granted until this present
Session Ordered that the said Commissioners of Sewres be permitted to
hold their Public Meetings in the Session house until further order
the contrary.

so that the said Majestys do not interfere with
the business of this Sessios on [..] the [..] at with any upon to this County

Ordered that the Commissioners for putting in execu [..]
the Act of Parliament for granting an did to His Majesty by a S [..]
acting in and for Finsbury Division be permitted to hold their [..]
meetings at the Session House for this County until further order to the
contrary.
