Order appointing Mr.
John Partridge< no role > High-
Constable within the
Hundred of Gore in Stead
of Mr. Saml. Greenhill< no role > .}

Upon the humble Petition of Samuel Greenhill< no role > High
Constable within the Hundred of Gore in the County of Middx
exhibited unto this Court Setting forth that he hath served
the Said Office of High Constable for the Space of three years
and upwards, and that he hath discharged and paid all
publick moneys to the Treasurer of the Said County
And that the Petitioner having extraordinary Affairs
of his own to transact humbly prays this Court to dismiss
him from the said Office of High Constable , This Court
being Satisfied of the truth of the Premisses Doth appoint
John Partridge< no role > of Harrow within the Said Hundred in the County aforesaid Gent . to be High Constable within the Said Hundred
of Gore in the place and Stead of the Said Samuel
Greenhill And this Court doth Order that the said John
Partridge do forthwith (after notice to him given of
this Order) attend John Nicoll< no role > Joseph Taylor< no role > and
Thomas Moore< no role > Esquires three of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices
of the Peace for the said County or one of them or some
other Justice of the Peace for the Same County residing
in or near the Same Hundred and that the Said John
Partridge do forthwith take his Oath before the said
three Justices or one of them or other Justice as aforesaid
for his due Execution of the Office of High Constable
within the Said Hundred of Gore And from and after
the time of his having taken Such Oath the said Samuel
Greenhill is to Stand absolutely discharged from being
High constable within the same Hundred.
