that during the time he was in conversation with the said
Robert Collivers Wife at his House at Lambeth aforesaid
the said William Cook< no role > came there and heard this deponent
enquire after the said Robert Colliver< no role > in order to serve him
with a Subpoena in the said prosecution and answerd this
deponent that if the said Robert Colliver< no role > was wanting Catch [..]
And this deponent further saith that it was reported that the said
James Ivey< no role > and Robert Colliver< no role > were gone to Ware in the County
of Hertford where this deponent saith that he did on Friday the
Seventeenth Instant in Company with the other deponent Robert
Bood< no role > take a Journey then in order to serve the said James Ivey< no role >
and the said Robert Colliver< no role > with such Subpoenas to attend the
trial of this Indictment on behalf of the said prosecution And
this deponent saith that the said James Ivey< no role > and the said
Robert Colliver< no role > could not be found at the place nor obtain
any information when the said James Ivey< no role > and the said Robert
Colliver were to be found And this deponent further saith the
said James Ivey< no role > and the said Robert Colliver< no role > have for several
years last past been Servants and Journymen to the said
William Cook< no role > and constantly worked in his Yard And this depo
-nent saith that he hath for then Several Weeks last past and
his utmost dilligence from time to time to said the said James
Ivey and the said Robert Colliver with Such Subpoenas but
neither of them have been at the said William Cook Yard at
work since the latter end of August last as this deponent
has been informed and which information he verily believes to
be true nor can they be found at their habitations or any other
part where he has recieved information to find them nor could
he got any intelligence so as to serve them with such Subpoenas
although this deponent saith that he hath used his utmost
diligence to find them And this deponent further saith that
he hath been informed by several people in the Neighborhood
