of this Indt Maketh Oath That the Trial
of the said George Crossley< no role >
being as this Dept. understands
and believed Appointment for this Morning He this Dept. at a very
Considerable expence prepare for the said Trial on behalf of the
Prosecutor
and Spad many Witnesses to support the same
And this Deponent further saith that he met the said
John Snelling< no role >
in Westminster Hall
on In day Morning last by Appointment
to consult and Agree upon the Matters of such intended Tryal when
this Dept. desired the said John snelling< no role >
to go and [..] with this
Dept. to Consult further thereon upon which the said John
Snelling told this Dept. that he had an appointment. to meet
one Abbott a Butcher
at Toms Coffe House
on other Business
at Two of the Clock the same Day and that in the Evening
he would wait upon this Dept. But this Dept. saith that
immediately upon his mentioning the name of Abbott the
Butcher
and Toms Coffee House
this Dept informed him that
Abbott was an Intimate of and Bail for Crossley and that
Toms Coffee house
was his House of General Resort and
the Master of it his particu [..] Friend and that this
Deponent suspected that the appointment to meet him
them was a Continuance to Frapain him to [..]
