Sheweth
That your Petitioner did in Easter Teem last commence there Action
in his Majestys bond of Common Please at Westminister
against Thomas
Sainsbury and
William Crickton< no role >
their Sheiffs of the said City of London
for
the recovery of the Damages sustained by your Petitioner by reason was
account of the unlawful rietons and tumultions assembly of divers
persons to the number of twelve and more at the said City of London
is
the parish of Saint Brides
in the Ward of Farring
[..] without on the if
day of June in the year of our Lord 1780 and their and there unlawfully
feloniously with force whelly demolishing a certain Dwelling her on
called the Fleet
Prison & divers goods of Chattles therein kept & depont
belonging to your Petitioners in the said City of London
.
That your Petitioners having declared in such Action
Defendants pleased thereto and the Cause being there upon at also
the same came on to be and was tryed before the Right Honourable
Alexander Lord Laughborough at the Sittings in last & Hilary Sum
at the Guildhall
in and or the said City of London
when a Verdect
was found for your Petitioners for the sum of Seventy two Pounds for
shillings being the Amount of the Damages so by your Petitioner
sustained on the Account and in the manner aforesaid besides your
Petitioner Costs of Suit
That your Petitioner have since the Tryal of the said Case
and since the said Verdect was found as aforesaid got their Costs
