He hath some Voluntarily confessed to his Informant
that he did break open the said Bureau and Seal
thereout the said two Bank Notes and that he paid the
said Thirty Pounds Note at a Publick House near
Hosier Lane in London and received Twenty Pounds of
the Money and that the remaining Ten Pounds was
to be paid to one Mrs. Soper for the use of the said Richard
Burnett
< no role > and that he paid the said Fifty Pounds Note
at Doncaster aforesaid and received Cash at the Hands
of a Servant of the said Mr. Gill for the SameAnd
this Informant Saith that the said Burnett then
Confessed to this Informant how he had disposed of the
Money and gave to this Informant Thirty three
Guineas and a half and Six pence in Silver being all
the Money he had remaining and that he also delivered
to this Informant a Silver Watch Which he had bought
in London with part of the Moneyand which he also
delivered to this Informant
