Middlesex Prisoners upon Orders.

34 Peter Farrell< no role > , committed in July session, 1769, on the Coroner's inquisition for the
willfull murder of Owen Gough< no role > , order to remain.

35 Samuel Davis< no role > , formerly committed by a Court of King's Bench on an outlawry of
high-treason, doth remain, Etc.

36 James Nimmey< no role > the Elder , convicted St. session at Hicks Hall of a misdemeanour
was fined 12d. and ordered to be impsoned 12 months.

Detained Sept. 17, 1772, by John She [..] ood, Esq; on oath of John Taylor< no role > , of Ro-
therhithe in the county of Surry , of suspicion of feloniously receiving a Cambrick
handkerchief and a bell his property knowing the same to be stolen.

37 Henry Lacey< no role > , committed Nov. 10, 1772. for a burglary in the dwelling-house of
Walter Knight< no role > , Esq ; at Ruscombe in the county of Berks ; in since dead in gaol.

38 William Redwood< no role > , convicted last session of felony, and received judgment of trans-
portation, was delivered on board [..] transport-vessel; but having received his Ma-
jefty's free pardon, was on the 2d Jan. 1773, remanded by warrant under the
hand of the Rt. Hon. the Earl of Suolk, in order to plead the same, or give bail
for so doing, and is since discharged.
