The humble Petition & appeal of ye Church Wardens
& Overseers of ye poor of ye Parish of St. Geo. the
Martyr in Southwarke

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order under ye hands & Seals
of two of his Majestys Justices of ye Peace for ye sd. City of
London (one whereof being of ye Quorum) bearing date
the 16th day of Septemr last Elizth Parker< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St Bridget London
to ye sd. Parish of St George Southwark us ye Place of
her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves agrieved
by ye order of ye sd. two Justices, humbly appeal agt
the same, & pray that this heatle Court will
please to hear & determine their sd. appeal & make
Such Order thereon as shall be just
