Indicted for Felony on the
Prosecution of Ann Trimbee< no role > .

John Trimbee< no role > of Sweet Apple Court Bishopsgate Street
London Shoemaker maketh Oath and saith that he this
Deponent is Brother to the abovenamed prosecutrix
Ann Trimbee and that the said Ann Trimbee lodged at
the House of one Mr. Miller in Petticoat Lane London
where this Deponent hath been informed and verily
believes a Copy of the Notice annexed to the Affidavit
of John Berry< no role > was left by him on the Twenty second
Day of February Instant and saith that his said Sister
had not then any other Lodging inLodgingLondon to
theKnowledge or Relief of this Deponent And this
Deponent saith that he hath been informed and verily
believes that his said Sister lately went with this
deponents Father to his House at Bishops Waltham
in Hampshire and is new there as this Deponents
believes.

the Old Bailey the 25th. Day
of February 1771 .}
