aforesaid in the said County Esquire
is a material Witness for the King upon the Trial of this
Indictment and that without the benefit of his Testimony
this Deponant cannot as he is advised and verily believes
safely proceed to the Trial thereof and saith that the said
Thomas Fenn< no role >

lives at Sudbury
aforesaid where he
now is this Deponent believes and saith that Sudbury
aforesaid is [..] Fifty sixmiles distant from
the City of London
and that this Deponent cannot possibly procure
himto be here at this present Sessions but this
Deponant will use his Endeavours and doubts not but he shall
be able to procure him to be here at the next Sessions
and saith that he did not know till this Day at the time of
this Deponant's going before the Grand Inquest of the said
City of London
to prefer the aforesaid Indictment that the
Evidence of the said Thomas Fenn< no role >
was Necessary upon the
said Trial
