The Examination of Richard William Vaughan< no role > Etc.

Who says that he was a Linnen draper at stafford that he
has been a Bankrupt about a year & a half that his Certificate is
not signed that he has lately courted one Miss Ursula Bigg's< no role >
that her Friends would not suffer him to marry her unless he
cod. equal her Fortune which was five hundred pounds says
that she lives with one Mr. Bliss on Jeffrys Warf Thamas street
who is likewise a Bankrupt & is Friend & Guardian to Miss
Biggs Says that in order to receive the sd. Bliss & sd. Bigg's
Aunt to applied to one Corbold an Engraver in Foster Lane
to engrave him a Copper Plate for Bills as near to Bank Bills
as he could but not exactly like them and that he gave him
a Drawing for that purpose says that the sd. Corbold make him
a Plate accordingly & that he recommended him to a Rinter to
print the sd. Bills says that the sd. Corbold refused to divert the
sd. Bills to the Governs. & camps of the Bank of Eng. & says
that one Fourteneir a stationer & Engraver at Chairing Cross
added the afosd. Direction to the Plate made by Corbold says that
he gave Corbold one guinea & Fourteneir four Shillings for adding
the Directions & Eighteen pence to Fourteneirs Boy for printing
twenty seven Bills from the sd. Plate says that twelve of the sd. Bills
are new in the Custody of Miss Biggs says that not thinking this
Copy exact enough says that he desired Mr. Fourtenier to
recommond him to an Engrave says that he recommonded
him to Mr. Ward in Ruport Street says that he applied to the
sd. Ward that he gave him a Drawing which he this examinant
had made himself to copy a Bank Note as [..] wel as he wd. remember
the form of a real Bank Note Says that he desired the sd. Ward
to make him a Copper Plate from the sd. Drawing says that the
sd. Ward undertook to do it says that fifteen Bills or Notes now
produced are the Remainder of the Bills or Notes that were
printed from the Copper Plate finished by fourtineir as aforesaid
says that Mr. Burges of Alderston in Warwickshire LImendraper
& Mr. Crogier of Dencaster Linnondraper were to enter into
