This Deponent but by all his Family and Servants And lastly
this Deponent Saith That he did Yesterday personally Serve Mr.
Thomas Barlow< no role > the Prosecutor on the above Indictment with a true
Copy of the Notice of Motion hereunto annexed and at the same
tine did inform him of the purport and true intent and meaning thereof
and of the Indispensable Necessity this Deponent was under of
applying to this Honourable Court to put off his Tryal till next
Sessions who then informed this Deponent he had no Objection
thereto and would appear in this Honourable Court and Testify his
Consent

Sworn [..] in Court at Justicehall in the Old Bailey
the 17th. day of January 1749 .
