ces of the Peace for the said City of London
and Liberties thereof, and
upon Examination of the said John Baling< no role >
on Oath, it doth appear that they
are Rogue s and Vagabond s within the true Intent and Meaning of the
Statute in that Case made and provided, and that the Place of [..] last
legal Settlement is in the said Parish of Gillingham
in Dorsetshire

no Convey the said Jane Baling< no role >
and her three Children in the

aforesaid and you the said Governor or Master of the said House of
Correction, to receive the said Jane Baling< no role >
and her three Children into your
Custody
, and them convey or cause to be convey'd, to the first House of
Correction in the next County or Place, in the next direct Way to the said Parish
of Gillingham

like Manner every other Governor or Master of every House of Correction
to whom it may belong, to convey the said Jane Baling< no role >
and her three Children

rection, to convey and deliver, or cause to be convey'd and deliver'd, the

of the said Parish of Gillingham
