This Examinant Saith that he & one Daniel Smith< no role >
& one Thomas Reding< no role >
went all together to the Shop of
Mr Samuel Ledgwich< no role >
in Cheep side London & that
this Examinant went into the shop aforesd & took thence
a Cane with a Gold head on it which Cane he at that
very Instant of stealing delivered to the sd Daniel
Smith one of his Companions and then this Examinant
together with Smith & Reding went to the house of
Thomas Miller< no role >
who keeps the Signe of the George on
alehouse
in Rosemary Lane
in the County of Middx
and this Examinant then delivered the said Cane which
he had so stollen as aforesd. to the Sd. Miller at the
Price of half a Crown & nor mor
