Rustle Street in the Parish of St. Mary
White. Chappell in the County of Middx
watchman taken this day on oath
alderman and one of his Majtes. Justices

This Informant Saith That last night

when he this Informant was assisting a
Constable in Conveying of John Bromoist< no role >
the prisoner here present to the Compter
He this Informant did hear the Said John
Burneist publish and declare Several time
these words following vizt. James the third
is King of England protector of the
protestant religion and King George is
a Usurper to the Crown. which Said words
this Informant Saith he heard the Said
