The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor
of the parish of Bourn
in the County of Cambridge
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of her
Maties Justices of the peace
within this City (one being of the Quorn)

Singlewoman
was removed from the parish of St
Martin
Ventry London unto the parish of Burn
in the County of
Cambridge
alleadging the said parish to be the place of her last
legal Settlement
That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the said
Elizabeth Glen< no role >
never had any legal Settlement in the said
Parish of Burn
whereby they conceive themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment of the said
two Justices and do humbly appeal to your Honr and
Worpps therefrom.
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
your honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear
them in the Prmisses and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
St Martin Vintry

may appear before
you and hear and abide the Determination of
your Honr and Worpps touching this Appeal
And your Petitionrs shall ever Pray Etc.
