eleventh of February last he was Robbed of severall
things amongst the best were two Broad peices
a gold Ring with a seal & some silver, and
having a great suspition of one

the said Macklone did own & confess to this

of Houghton Conquest
of two broad pieces
a Gold ring, about five & twenty Shillings
in broad month [..] & ten six pences, and that
he receiv'd several stolen horses from persons
whom he named to him this deponent and
this is what he thinks material to depose
at this time, he further sayes he is the same
man who stands comitted
