of a warrt. under the hands & Seales of twoe of their Maties.
Justices of the Peace wth. in this City (one being of the Quor)
bearing date the 18th. January 1693. were sent & delivered
by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of the Parish
of St. Michll. Quorne London to the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the Parish & Towne of Harwich in the
County of Essex being the place where the said Ellenor
and the said twoe children landed from Flanders in parties b [..]
the Seas As appeared on the oath of the said Ellenor in
that behalfe Now upon hearing the appeale of the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of the Pish & Towne of
Harwich agt. the said Warrt. and indgemt. of the said twoe Justices in the Prsence of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poore of the said Pish of St. Michll. [..] Quorne
aforesaid And haveing heard what could be alleadged on either
side by the [..] said Seventh Churchwardens & their Councell concerning the Pr in [..] It is thereupon considered & ordered by this Course That the
said [..] indgemt. of the said twoe Justices be & is hereby confirmed And
that the aforesaid Appeale of the said Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the said Pish & Towne of Harwich be hereby
