of Homworth in the County of Middx
taken before me the Eight day of
Aprill 1694

This Examinant Sayth & deposeth upon
oath that upon the Seventh of this Instant
Aprill one Richard Smith< no role > met her on
Hounslow heath about for or fired Cloth
in the afternoon where hed lighted from his
horse an made an Assault upon my
Body by laying me downe by force upon
the Ground an entered my Body and
Afterwards feloniously tooke from
of my neck one peise of Gold which
was Given by King Charles the Second
for cure of the Kings Evill valued
about ten shillings
