Examination & Informations Contd.

Robert Hutton< no role > Says he is Ostler to Mr. Peck at the Art
chope Mile End Old Town says Yesterday in the afternoon
about the hour of four The Two men present who say
their names are William Street< no role > and John Macdwell< no role > came
to his said Master with Two Waggons loaded with Sacks
of something what he cannot say and desired him to
keep two of them until called for that he has not a doubt
the Two sacks produced containing Barley are the same
which were brought for him to take care off as afory
saidThat William Street< no role > was with his horsey
and Two men not present brought the said sacks to him
not Maidwell which last declaration is the Truth}

Stephen Reynolds< no role > on his oath saith last Night between
the hours of Seven and eight. Mr. Brooks came to
him at Stratford and informed him that Mr.
Scots Waggon and Mr. Roots Waggon had been to
Limehouse of Fetch Two loads of Barley and that a
Gentleman had called to acquaint him that he saw
said Waggons standing at the Artichoke and saw the
men taking a Sack or two out of them and carry them
into the Artichoke at Mile End and when the said
Waggons came to unload he messed one Sack out of
each Waggons Says in consequence of the said information
he went to the Artichoke with an Assistant to Mr. Pecks
and told him that Two Sacks of Barley were left at
his house who said it was unknown to him, And that he was
well come to look over his premises. That Peck went
with him to call Robert Hutton< no role > who got up and came to
him who he charged with having Two Sacks of Barley
which Hatton and delivered the Two Sacks of Barley produced
that were in a lovel adjoining

Edward Willbie Brooks< no role > on his oath saith on Friday Evening last the seemd
of January Instant he was at the unloading of Mr. Roots Waggon and Mrs
Scotts Waggon and saw [..] fifty nine Sacks and no more told out of Scotts Waggon
and Thirty nine Sacks told out of Roots Waggon which was a Sack short of what
should have been that having received Information that Two Sacks were taken
out
