Gentleman Saith that he is appoint by
the Court of Chandley to receive the [..]
and Propers of an Estate situate at Old
Ford commonly called Tomlim [..] Field
which Estate belongs to Samuel Coney
the [..] Felony Trustee named in
the Will of Man Gilbert< no role > Widow Recd.
and that he the said John Foster< no role > hath
not let or let the said Estate to any
person as persons Whatsoever
