saith That her Husband
Samuel Brooks< no role >
keeps a house
in Primrose street London
and
that Yesterday about three O'Clock she left her Apartments
safe Locked up and fastened and that just after five O'Clock
she returned again and met William Price< no role >
now under
Examination coming out at her Street Door with something
in his Apron, Informant asked him what he wanted he said
he had been to a Lodger, she then went to her apartments
and found her door wide open and a quantity of Plate and
a Gown stolen and carried away therefrom the property of
her said Husband. the Plate consisted of Two Silver Salts
and one Salt Spoon, one pepper Caster< no role >
with the Crest of a
Unicorn Two Table Spoons of the same Crest 6 Tea spoons
of one Sort and five others, A Silver Milkpot

Saith That he lives in Prisoner
street and yesterday between four and five O'Clock he saw

now under Examination go into the house of
Mr. Brooks in Primrose Street
, and soon after came out
again and Edward Glynn< no role >
the other Prisoner standing at
the distance of about Twelve yards Price stood at the
door and gave some Pots to a Lad then Glynn made motions
to Price with his hand, and Price returned again into the
house and came out with a Bundle in his Apron and in
Primrose street
he saw price give some thing to Glynn
and then they both ran away down Bishopsgate street
