Who upon her Oath saith that she lodges at the House of Luke

in a Room adjoining to that in which the Robbery

came up stairs
she was in Bed in her own Room, that Thomas Granger< no role >

Room and Corrowed the Bellows, and asked Eliz. Smith to go with he which

her and soon after she heard the Prosecutor cry out and say he was Robbed of
£50, that Es Smith came into her Room and gave her several Notes that one
of them was tore, that immediately afterwards Thomas Collins< no role >
came into her
Room and had himself in the Closet, that Es Smith when she gave this Deponent
the Notes desired teer to carry them to her Brother Frank Smith< no role >
which she did
in the morning, that a Girl whose name is Jenny Molloy and her found a
Note by the side of the Bed which they carried to this Deponents Sister (Sarah Elliot< no role >

and told her they had found it, that in the Morning when she carried the
Notes to Frank Smith< no role >
he said, at first he could not sell them that afterwards
him and another man went out in order to negociate them, that on Friday

gave her half a Guinea and said he had given half a Guinea
