The Informations of James
Rylance
< no role > of Hockerlay in the
County of Chester Dealer and
Chapman and John Ackins< no role >
of Bow Street Labourer taken
before me this 19th. day of
April 1787 .

Who being upon Oath severally say and frist
the said James Rylance< no role > for himself saith
That on Saturday the 18th. of November last he
this Informant lodged in the Born of John
Clark
< no role > of Towcester in Northamptonshire a
Great quantity of Good Vizt. Checks Cord [..] ys
[..] Handkerchief Etc That on the
following Morning about eight o'Clock this
Informants and others discovered that the said
Barn had been broke open and a great parl
of his said Goods had been feloniously Stolen
And further says that the nine Pieces of Check
nor produced he is very sure are a part of
the Goods so Stolen from this Informant as
aforesaid and doth [..] an a believe that
the other Goods now produced Vizt. 2 Dozen
of Handkerchief five Pieces of Corduroy and
one Piece of [..] an also a part of his
Property which were Stolen in Mr. Clarke's
barn as aforesaid. And the said John Atkins< no role >
for himself says that all the Goods nor
produced by this Informant and claimed
