"letter of the 28th. March until yesterday,
"being from home Mr. Chatterton is Clerk
"of the Crown, as well for this City, as
"for the County & City of Waterford , & his
"having the Crown books here enabled
"me to procure the above, he goes
"to Waterford Assizes in a four days
"and will lay your Letter before this
"Grand Jury there, & hopes to present
"as much money, as will enable the
"prosecutor (who is a Poor man) to
"go to London to identify Michl.

"who is an Active Magistrate of
