and want of Proper care in a great measure was the
Cause of his Death as he was in away unfit Plate to
Travel on foot from the violence of the chafing of his
hips as before mentioned

Job Morris< no role > of Harmondsworth aforesaid Labourer upon
his Oath Saith That on Sunday last the twenty sixth of
February as he was returning from the Work house to
Longford andhe met a Company of five or Six Men
and [..] a little distance five or Six More who appeared to
Wall in one Company and as Deponent suppores a
recruiting Party as he observed a Serjeant in Esqimental
and many of the Party with coloured Ribbons in their
Hats as Recruits and Saith that among the last
five or Six he observed a Man supported by two of
them and some others of the Company pushing him
behind and Deponent then Passed them and shortly
afterwards heard the Serjeant who was behind the said Man or some other Say
"Push him along" upon which Deponent turned round
and saw some of the Company Push the said Man along
and then Deponent went on and Presently heard one
of the said Party say get up and on looking round
againsawheard one of them say give me the [..]
and immediately heard several blows given and supposes
to the said Man and heard him given three or four
times & Gry out "Oh' Oh' you'll full me''. And
then heard some one of the said Party say go along
and Afterwards Deponent went on and neet her saw
or heard any more.
