to me, this Informant went to the Anchor and found the said Fawset
and Parkins drinking, in about a fortnight after this Informant
not Fawset in Smithfield and drank together, when Fawset
said I will bring you some hinges and other things so put
in your Window to sell, which when sold you may pay me for
them on the Saturday following the 28th. day of October last in
the Evening Fawset came to this Informants house and left
a Quantity of Clout Neils Viz Eight penny Six penny and fourteenth weighing together about 22 Pounds
and said he would call next day Sunday Morning which he did
with Parkins and we went and drank together, Fawset said
to this Informant sell the things to the best Advantage and
you and I will settle, at the same time asked this Informant
of he was Acquainted with Undertaken this Informant Said Yes
Fawset then said may be we may have some Coffin Nails Parkins
asked this Informant if he should be at home in the Evening
was Answered in the Affirmative in the Presence of Fawset in
the Evening Parkins came to this Informants house and left
with him Six Sets of Wood bed Castow and said he and
Fawset would call on tuesday night following, but on tuesday
Morning Fawset called on this Informant and asked him
if the things were sold was Answered no. he them said the man
meaning as he Supposes (Parkins) is in Custody put the things
in a bag and I will send for them, this Informant put them
in a bag and in a few minutes a Man who this Informanted the
not know came for a Parcel that Mr. Fawset had left
which parcel contained the Clout nails and six Sets of wood
bed Custors as before Mentioned which this Informant
delivered to the said Man
