Middlesex to wit

The Information of Edmund Franklyn< no role > of Acton wheel
wright and James Cummings< no role > of the same place Smith
taken before me this 22nd. day of April 1785 .

Who on their Oath say and first the said Edmund Franklyn< no role >
says that last night about half part 7 o'Clock, as he was passing
along Eating Comme [..] and hearing the Cry of "Highwaymen", he
met two persons now present who cull themselves John Henry< no role >
and Samuel Geldham< no role > running together towards Eating; and saw
a third Man at some distance running also, whom he believes
to be John Tuesday< no role > now present and further says that he saw
said three Persons together about 5 or 6 o'Clock last Evening at
Acton going towards Ealing . And the said James Cunnings< no role >
says that he was in company with said Edmund Franklyn< no role > on
Ealing Common and is very sure that said Honey & Geldham
are the two person whom they met on the cry of "Highway men"
being given, and believes said Jvemay to be the third Man
at a little distanceThat whilst said Henry and Geldham
were running, said Geldham put his right ham in his pocket
and said "If any stoped him, her is Death for him"
