broke open and he was 2 men run [..] of the door
whom he persued and took one, whose name is Joseph

, who is now in Custody but the other escaped
He one is oath Saith that he found on Him divers
Articles of wearing apperel the property of Mrs Goddin
and sworn to by her Servant
, besides a blunder buss and a
quantity of Pick lock keys and other implements for house breaking
