On the Prosecution of
William Strudwick< no role >

William Strudwick< no role > of Leatherhead in the County
of Surry Shop keeper Maketh Oath that on the
First day of June last He this Deponent entered
into a Recognizance before William Addington< no role >
Esquire one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in the Sum of Forty
Pounds for this Deponent Appearance at the
then next General Sessions of Oyer and
Terminer and Goal Delivery to be held for
the County of Middlesex to Prosecute and Give
Evidence against Charles Potts< no role > and Elizabeth
his Wife for feloniously receiving in the County
of Middlesex Seventeen Pieces of Printed Linnen
and Cotton which were feloniously stolen in
the County of Surry the Property of this Deponent
And this Deponent further saith that on
Thursday last this Deponent together with Charles
Jealous
< no role > and Moses Murrant< no role > attended at the
new Sessions House for the County of Middlesex
This Deponent as Prosecutor and the said Charles
Jealous
< no role > and Moses Murrant< no role > as Witnesses and
the Grand Jury then found a true Bill against
the said Charles Potts< no role > and Elizabeth his Wife
And this Deponent further saith that He Attended
on Friday, Saturday, and Monday last
at the Sessions House in the Old Bailey
London but the said Indictment did not
come on to be heard, And this Deponent further
saith that on Yesterday this Deponent attended
