and that he was the Man upon this Informants
right hand who took and carried away the Gold
Watch [..] Seals & Money at the time and in
the manner above described

And this Informant Thomas Diaper< no role > for himself
saith that he is a Servant the other Informant
The Earl of Seaforth and was attending his Lordship
on Horse back when coming to Town from Barnet
in a Chaise & four that this Informant does not
recollect the day of the Month but remembers that
it was on a Saturday and between Nine and ten after
at Night the said Chaise was stopped by four
Men Anned with Pistols on the Road between
Kentish Town & Mother Red Caps that this
Informant being near the Chaise [..] he saw
two of the Man stand at the fore horses head & one
of whom came from thence to this Informant
laid hold of his Horses You where are your going
& asked this Informant if he had got any Money
& upon his telling him he lead none this Informant
saw two Men [..] one at each of the Chas'oe
Doors shut the Door too when the Man who held
his Horse Immediately let go & bid him goon
