For the Wilfull Murder of Jane Grecian< no role > Spr
on 21st. Octr. last at Psh of St. John Wapping
and that the sd. Henry a certain Pistol Val 3s.
charged with Gunpowder & certain pieces of paper
which he in his Right Hand then had & held to
agst. & upon sd. Jane Feby. Wiby. & of his Malice
afore thought did shoot off & Discharge & that the
sd. Henry with the pieces of Paper afsd. out of the
Pistol afsd.. by force of the Gunpowder so shot &
sent forth, the sd. Henry in & upon the right side
of the Face of the sd. Jane with the pieces of paper
afsd. out of the sd. Pistol by the sd. Henry so as
afsd. shot & sent forth Feby. Wily. & of his Malice
afore thought did Strike penetrate & Wound giving
to sd. Jane with sd. pieces of Paper so as afsd. shot
& sent forth by the sd. Henry in & upon the right
side of there Face of sd. Jane one Mortal wound of
the Depth of 3 Inches of Breadth of 2 Inches
of which mortal wound the sd. Jane from sd. 21st
of Octr last until 7th. Novr. last as well at the Psh
of St. John Wapping as also at the Psh of Saint
Mary Matfelon als whitechapel did Languish &
Languishg. did live on wch sd. 7th. Novr. last
the sd. Jane at sd. Psh of St. Mary Matfelon als
Whitchapel of the sd. Mortal wound Died.
