for the said County City & Liberty

Who severally being upon Oath say And first
these Informant William Bannister< no role > Henry
Green
< no role > and William Emmington< no role > for themselves
say that on Tuesday Morning the 19th. Inst abt. four
o'Clock they Stop't the two persons now present
who call themselves Benjamin Alsworth< no role > and
John Adstred with each a large Bundle upon
their Backs [..]
& upon being examined appear to Certain
a large Quantity of Rich & Valuable [..]
[..] Apparel upon which they secured
the said two Men & which said two Bundles
of Apparel are now produced & Sworn to be
the property of the other Informant Mrs Mary
Bellamy
< no role > . And these Informant Henry Green< no role >
& William Emmington< no role > for themselves further
say that as soon at they had secured the above
two persons upon enquiry found that a House
had been Broker Open in Newman Street St
Many Le Bone which belonged to the other Informt
Mrs. Mary Bellamy< no role > upon which they went to
Newman Street & Procured the Key of the Street
Door of the sd. House from Miss Bellamy
And these Informants together with Several
other persons went in and upon examination
this Informant Henry Green< no role > found the back
Area Door had been Broke Open by Peace of Wood
which had been cut out of the Door large enough
for the Informant to put his hand thorough
