being sent for to Inspect the Body of one Edwd. Clark< no role >
in
order to determine whether the saidtheClark, died a natural
Death, or received it by Violence, accordingly, on Opening
the Thorax
, and removing a large quantity of extravasated
blood, we found the Aorta, or large Artery rupdurd, large
enough to admit the Extremity of the Attle finger, which,
we are of Opinion was the Immediate Cause of his death
Occasion'd by some external Violence, as a Blow, fall
Etc. having no Appearance of any wound byanyInstrumt.
