Thomas Home< no role > the Landlord f the White hart
on his Oath South that the deceased came to
lodge with the Deponent about three Months
since and continued constantly during that time
(except a day or two) to Bond & Lodge in the Hane
and was considered as one of the Family having
just before he come to Deponents House quitted
his Business of a Stay maker and frequently
observed that he was laws printed which Deponent
attributed to his being out of Business and
unemployed as usual until about afortnight
before his Death he appeared law and heavy
and refused to join with Deponent & his
Family (as Formerly) in playing Cards or Service
to be anes [..] as Deponent had before used his
endeavours to do and would at times express
an un easiness about his Sons Welfare who
was settled in the friend wapery Business in
London and seemed to be farfull of his Sacross
in Life having a growing Family That on
Sunday Morning last he went to Town and Returned
on Monday between 2 and 3 O Clock in the Afternoon
but did not dine with Deponent & his Family they
having done Driver.
