on his Oath Saith That on Sunday
last being in Shepherds Bush Brickfield near Brook
Green afsd. he went to the Brickhill or there to warm
his hands & saw. the deceased laying upon the Top of
the thilord Saith that he immediately gave an
Alarm
in the Neighbourhood and returned to the Them and one Edmund Bowrie< no role >
came to the Kiln and turned the Man (who was
laying upon his have) round upon his Back and he
appeared to this Deponent to be dead.
