deposition of the last Witness says the same is true in
very particular.

John Barnard< no role > Vagle one of the Watchmen of the Precinct
of Blackfriars London maketh Oath that the deced was brought
to the Watchhouse of said Precinct [..] between nine
and ten in the Morning of Friday last by one Mr. Kallam
a Constable to be put into the watchhouse to be taken came
of the being very much intoxicated with Liquor. Dept
placed the deced on a Bench in the Watchhouse and left him
there where he continued until about five in the afternoon
during which time Dept. saw him several times that about
five Dept. took the deced a Bason of tea and half at owl
theDeptdeced drank the tea very heartily but would not [..] the
Role that he appeared to have get sober and sayed his
Name was Allen and that he lived in Saint Martin Lane
that he had been drinking very much the deced then quitted
the Watchhouse and Dept. saw no more of him until the
same Evening about nine OClock when he saw him taken
dead to the Bonehouse of Blackfriars . that when the deced
quitted the Watchhouse as before stated he sayed he had no
Money [..] about him if he had he would made Dept. aforesaid for
the care he had taken of him.
