Street maketh oath that Mr & Mrs Weldon lodges in
the front Room of the first floor Dept house & the deced is
a Nurse Child of herSays living at Lane all Saturday mong
& Dept did not hear any outens or now whatever nor to his
having no house lodge did Mrs Welder beat or illtreat the deced

maketh oath that house at home all Saturday last and
most part of the day in Horoom adjoing that wherin Mr.
& Mrs Weldon lived & says the heard no house or outery or to
her knowledge or hearing did him Walden or any other
poor a health dead had further says of the dead Child
had been beaten and had cried she must have heardrs.
