Sheweth

That your Petitioner being
upwards of fifty Years of Age [..]
almost blind I hereby lame & not capable
of getting a lively hood is reduced to a
very lone Condition therefore humble
Prays that you will be pleased to
allow her some what P Week, for as
you in your Goodness shall think fill
& a four Petitioner as in duty bound
shall ever pray
