Whereas the above named John Dawson< no role > and William Jugram< no role > pursueant to an Order of Vestry made in the parish Church of
St Dionys Backchurch aforesd. have agreed with the above named Richard Brackley< no role > that in Consideration of the sume of ten
pounds to be paid to the sd. Richard Brackley< no role > he the said Richard Brackley< no role > shall keep and provide for Dorothy Dyoins< no role > a poor
Child of the said parish of St Dionys Backchurch at his owne Costs & Charges until she ber of a fitt age to be bound Apprentice
and that then she shall be bound to him without any further sume of money to be to him therefore paid in such manner and for
such time as is required by the laws now inforce for that purpose Now the Condition of this Obligacon is such That if the
abovebound Richard Brackley< no role > and John Brackley< no role > or either of them their or either of their Extors or adtors dee from time
to time and at all times hereafter fully & cleerly acquitt discharge and save harmless as well the abovenamed John Dawson< no role >
and William Ingram< no role > and their Successors for the time being and every of them As also all the Inhabitants and Parishoners of
the sd. parish of St. Dionys Backchurch which now are or hereafter shall be for the time being & every of them of and from
all manner of Costs Charges and expences whatsoever which shall or may at any time hereafter arise happen or be
imposed upon them or any of them for or by reason of the keeping provideings for or bringing up the said Child till she be
bound Apprentice as aforesd. and afterwards to the end of her Apprentiship and of and from all accons Suites troubles Charges
and demands what soever touching and concerning the same And if the said Richard Brackley< no role > doe as soon as he may or can
conveniently teach or cause the said Child to be taught to read And doe so soon as the said John Dawson< no role > and William
Ingram or their Successors shall require the same take to Prentice the said Dorothy Dionys< no role > in such manner as is herein
before mentioned without any further sume of money to be to him paid as aforesaid Then this Obligacon shall be voide or
else the same shall be and remaine in full force.
