releife there upon & this Court bounding their Poverty do Order that

Memdum It is this 3d. day of april 1739 agreed Between the
Worshipfull Company of Carpenters London and James Grayson< no role > of
Barthlam Keeper is Bedlam in manner following (that is to say) the sd Company
doth hereby agree to lett to the sd. James Grayson< no role > all that Now 6 inch
Messuge of Tenemout No. 5 in the Carpenters new buildings by London were
for the Term of one year Certain & half a years waring to Comence for
midsumer day wel at & under the yearly Rent of £18 payable
Quarterly But [..] it is further a agreed by & between the sd. Comp & the sd.
Grayson that in Consideracon of what Mr. Grayson additions may do for his ow [..]
Convenising he may take Possession imedately of the sd. Prsons bound [..]
Comence Rent till Midsumer day next as Witness his hand the day
